Healthcare Client Projects
Reid Hospital
Richmond, IN
ESCO was selected to provide a new VoIP nurse/patient communication system in this new hospital scheduled to open in the summer 2008. Our expertise in fire alarm, intercom and audio/video technologies lead the hospital to choose ESCO to provide these systems also. Read the entire solution by clicking here.
“ESCO provided us with lots of information about nurse call systems, including a demo from the GE plant
so we were able to see everything they had to offer in the way of nurse call systems,” notes LuAnne
Christofaro, Manager of Reid’s Outpatient Care Center. “The combination of quality plus pricing is what
made the overall package of interest to our facility. We decided to go with the Telligence system
because it seems like a very robust system that is user-friendly, takes up a lot less space at the nurses’
station and in the electrical closet, and has nice reporting features for QA review.”
St. Francis Hospital
Mooresville, IN
This new hospital scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2008 has chosen ESCO to provide a VoIP nurse/patient communication system and paging, video surveillance and access control systems.
Dupont Hospital
Fort Wayne, IN
ESCO had the opportunity to participate in a bidding process for Dupont Hospital’s original systems. After winning that bid, our experience and performance allowed us to establish a good working relationship. Over the years our better understanding of their needs has allowed us to expand their original technologies for better performance and increased benefits throughout the hospital.
"During the construction of our hospital, ESCO maintained direct contact with us to fully understand our communication needs for now and the future. They supplied us with a state of the art Dukane Nurse Call system and later expanded it by integrating a digital video server for patient and staff training."
~Karen Springer, RN, MS, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer
