"I wanted to write and let you know how pleased I have been to have worked with ESCO Communications and your Project Manager Chuck Richardson on the New Indianapolis Airport project over the past 3 years. ESCO Communication provided subcontracting services for the Fire Alarm and PA Systems in the New Indianapolis Airport Terminal and Concourse Buildings as well as the Ground Transportation Building and 2.5 million square foot 5 level Garage structure. We interacted with ESCO on a regular basis on-site, in contractor coordination meetings, and on individual issues. Chuck, and the other ESCO personnel, always demonstrated intimate knowledge of both their craft as well as the details of our specific project. Their unflagging diligence, reasonableness in the face of conflict, and honesty, established an environment of trust and confidence with me and our entire Construction Management staff. As you know there were several late design additions to the 'PA system which integrated voice annunciation workings for the moving walkways at the airport. Your team provided a custom solution and implemented it in a very short duration prior to opening day. This effort was typical of the "Can Do" attitude that ESCO exemplified during this large and complex project.
